| If you look closely you can see some texture to the wood on the island. The customer asked us to try something new-sand blasting the raw cherry and then staining it black. The stain stayed dark on the heavy grain and the brown color of the cherry came out on the softer grain. I think it turned out pretty good and the customer was extremely happy! (thank goodness!) |
